Throughout the UK the Group employs close to 300 including pharmacists, skilled technicians, HR, IT, procurement, warehouse, and customer services staff.
Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Customer Services Assistant – Aseptic Services to be based in Burnopfield, County Durham
Role and Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Liaising with Courier Services and Suppliers regarding deliveries
- Maintaining documentation filing systems within the department
- Supporting the Aseptic Quality team with customer technical enquiries
- Undertaking training that Company deems to me mandatory/necessary
- Hitting and maintaining daily targets
- Complying with out of spec and deviation procedures
- Prioritising day to day activity, manage own time and available resources to enable successful completion of departmental objectives
- Working as a Team fostering a supportive and comprehensive culture in which strong relationships are built
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Experience of operating in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
- Confident dealing with customers over the telephone and via email
- Confident dealing with managers and employees at all levels
- Experience working in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry advantageous
- English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent)
- Computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software
Hours of work:
- 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
